Diversity Management

In a South African context diversity is most often understood as being cultural diversity. From a global perspective i have seen the same. This workshop is different in that it explores cultural diversity, and goes beyond. We explore how to manage and deal with those who are different to us- whether that is cultural, emotional, communication, thinking… whatever.
